I have Been teaching for 14 years. I have Been at studios, mental health centers and drug and alcohol treatment facilities. I bekiwvw There is more to yoga than the physical postures and the deeper of teachings have been lost in the West. My intention is be able to share how consciousness has everything to do with our practice. It’s nit all about sweating and getting a workout in; it’s how w relate to all that is happening inside of us. I am Certified beyond the 500 level and am always seeking and learning all new facets of this practice.
