Everything!!! Marci is a VERY wise soul and a truely compassionate person. She listened to me about my previous sports injuries, related...and then asked me what route "I" wanted to go towards with Yoga. She is very professional in her craft, levitating towards her clients goal/s with ancient knowledge in Yoga techniques that will help anyone in need of pain relief, stress, flexibility, anxiety, the list goes on. I am so happy she was my very first Yoga instructor!!! And, I cannot say enough great things about the light she has turned on in my life through her knowledge and experience in Yoga. After just 1 one-on-one session, I have a different perspective and action plan for a better quality of life that I know now is feasible thanks to Marci. Highly recommended to all.

I started training because I was very self conscious with my fitness abilities, and overall health. I Wanted a personal approach to improving my fitness abilities, and to become better in gym class (4th grade.) I feel that I am a lot stronger since I first started. Not only stronger, but it’s built my self esteem much higher than it was when I began training. I continue to work with Marcus because I feel that I still need more improvement, and I know that this is a good way to do it.

I started with Master Chaantzu Ismail Saadat when I was 12 years old. He has been a positive influence in my life through learning the ancient martial arts (Shaolin and Tai Chi), more modern ones (Choy Ley Fut), and learning about their philosophy (Chan meditation and Toa Te Ching). Through these practices I became very physically strong but also very mentally flexible and supple. After this training there has been nothing in my life I could not face with ease. The only thing is I wish I had started earlier! I am jealous of my nephew who started when he was 8 years old. The picture is of my nephew and I performing a play about the legend of kung fu at a local library.

Stephanie has been my Personal Trainer for a number of years. She got me going to the Gym regularly, I lost weight, reversed my Diabetes and even learned to enjoy the Gym to the point where I miss my sessions if I cannot make them due travel or other reasons. Who would have thought? Stephanie makes the Gym fun and teaches new and varied programmes that keep it interesting.
