Tony has been practicing Tai Chi & Qigong (Tai Chi Gung) since 2005. Tony has practiced different schools and styles, but landed in the Ha family lineage of Yang Style Tai Chi. Tony was given the title of Tai Chi Master Healer by his Sifu, Dr. Kate Ha after assistant teaching for seven years at Sonoma State University.
