Kai is masterful at integrating corrective exercise, yoga, and mindfulness into his fitness teachings. For the past 4 months, my goals with him have included muscle growth, endurance, and living a healthy lifestyle. Within this timeframe, he has used my goals as a template for the way he approaches our time together. I always leave the class with a better understanding of how to feel my best emotionally and physically. I use this knowledge every day now, even in workouts outside of our weekly meetups.
