Tony has been practicing Tai Chi & Qigong (Tai Chi Gung) since 2005. Tony has practiced different schools and styles, but landed in the Ha family lineage of Yang Style Tai Chi. Tony was given the title of Tai Chi Master Healer by his Sifu, Dr. Kate Ha after assistant teaching for seven years at Sonoma State University. Tony has been independently teaching Tai Chi & Qigong since 2016. Tony is also a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Tony completed his 200RYT at YogaWorks in 2012.
