What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It varies with the age and the goals of my clients. I started teaching my youngest daugther when she turned 13, and I have expierence with younger children. I still train my youngest daugther as she has become a more dedicated athlete to the sport, whom Is now 18. I have great routines for clients looking to truly get the full boxing expierence.
