My name is Kam Spencer, and I am a passionate personal trainer dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness and wellness goals. With a rich background in athletics and formal education in Kinesiology, I bring a unique blend of practical experience and academic knowledge to my training sessions. My journey in sports began at the age of 10, playing football and eventually competing at the junior college level. From the gridiron to the global stage, I've also represented the United States as a Team USA Muay Thai athlete and am proud to be a four-time Muay Thai

My training programs are fun as I use all methods of training and get results fast.

I enjoy training people in martial arts. I fought in mma, boxing and I trained people to fight and just for self defense. I enjoy how it builds peoples confidence

I enjoy the process of helping students develop new skills or refine existing ones . I feel I learn alot from this process myself in return.

IJKDC Combatives is operated by an authentic "Senior Level" certified (2nd generation / direct lineage) Instructor and 2011 Masters Hall of Fame inductee with decades of combined martial arts teaching and training experience. All class sessions are currently conducted at our exclusive location in Westminster, CA. Here, the main focus is placed on proven martial arts principles learned from select disciplines including; Jeet Kune Do, Kali, Muay-Thai, Sambo, Krav Maga, Boxing and Silat.
