About

Berube's Boxing & Conditioning is designed for individuals looking to get a great workout in for weight loss and strength, or to learn how to defend oneself and/or sharpen a current skillset.

Boxing and exercising has been a passion my whole life. With experience in wrestling back in high school I continued working out and wanted to further test myself in my body, mind and soul. After years of training and learning as much as I could during this journey, I have developed passionate and meaningful routines and exercise styles to keep individuals in shape and feeling positive about their health. It's time to give back to the community and share what I've learned with others. Ask questions, be persistent, and remain teachable...all key ingredients to achieving the goal your looking to accomplish. Whatever your goal is, we'll achieve it together.

    Frequently asked questions

You'll receive hands on training with me one on one. You'll learn proper boxing techniques, movements, stances, and punches. It's always good to know how to defend yourself and to sharpen your skills.

I've boxed for over 8 years and have taught both large classes and 1-on-1 sessions.  I've fought in the ring and spent a lot of time studying both movements and exercise routines.

$40 - One-on-one Conditioning / This is primarily for getting back in shape.  It takes consistency but the results do come.

$50 - Hand-to-hand Combat / This is for learning skills and techniques in regard to boxing.  There are fundamentals, styles, stances, punches, and footwork all for a great foundation in boxing (and in self defense).

$500 - Ono-on-one Package (includes 12 seesions for consistency and pin points both boxing and conditioning)

I fell in love with boxing and it's a deep passion of mine.  Over the years I've been rewarded by helping others and showing proper forms and technique.  I enjoy giving back and a teacher is always a learning and giving what they learned to others.  That's why I started teaching.

    Literally, everyone.

I was going to the community pool where I live for the jacuzzi and two individuals were already in the jacuzzi.  I joined them and within a half an hour I'm showing them boxing stances and styles.  It just comes out.

There's a finesse to boxing and reason why movements are a particular way.  Ask questions and ask why.

What are you looking to accompish: Self-defense?  Compete?  Getting in shape?  Confidence building?  What's your why?
