Are you ready to burn over 700 Calories in just one hour of boxing and in the process learning how to defend your self? To me Boxing is not just my sport, I live by it.
20 years of experience and knowledge and passion to share with students, Started as a young amateur boxer at the Anaheim boxing club back in 1995. Working with professional boxers and kids and fighting in the ring through out the years have gaven me the opportunity to develop a special technique in boxing fundamentals.
I enjoy most of how people can quickly learn how to defend themselves and see that in there confidence
