About
My name is Don Price. I am a guitarist & music teacher, a graduate of the Dick Grove School of Music. In my teaching capacity I was a faculty member for the Guitar Activity Center, plus 10 years at Sacramento City College in the Music Department, as well as numerous music shops, doing clinics in jazz guitar & music theory.
I have been a member of the Guitar Teacher’s Referral List for the University of Southern California since 1987. With a career of 40 years I've had the honor and privilege of both knowing & learning from guitar masters Hank Garland, Pat Martino, Joe Pass, Joe Diorio, Frank Gambale, Jimmy Bruno, Frank Vignola, Larry Coryell, and Stochelo Rosenberg.
I hope to share freely the knowledge & insights I've gathered over time, with the idea of inspiring you and helping you by giving you tools for creation. The plan here is to create an interactive experience, with the idea of posting video tutorials based on your blog requests, so don't hesitate to connect with me if you have any questions or suggestions.
