About this pro

I have over 3 decades of experience in fitness/boxing training. I work with a lot of clients in the movie industry, here in Hollywood, to help them not only get their physiques ready for film, but also their technique and boxing I.Q. My teaching style is high intensity, and I put a big emphasis on fixing the mechanics of my clients.

Helping people get in the best shape of their lives and become proficient at the sport I love. My greatest joy is seeing someone progress to the point that "the light comes on" and it all starts making sense.

Dave is a professional. He is delivering to me the goals I discussed with him before starting. He's punctual. Doesn't keep me waiting. My cardio has improved and I have acquired boxing skills in a very short period of time. J. A.

Dave, without you I would be sitting home with knee pain. I always knew how to play but you taught me how to win! Thank you so much for pushing me to the limit. I'm walking 8 to 10 hours a day and hiking mountains (On vacation in Isreal) at 122 degrees." Aeronautical Executive, Victoria Maltsev (Lost 22 lbs in 12 weeks)
