About
I have over 3 decades of experience in fitness/boxing training. I work with a lot of clients in the movie industry, here in Hollywood, to help them not only get their physiques ready for film, but also their technique and boxing I.Q. My teaching style is high intensity, and I put a big emphasis on fixing the mechanics of my clients.
Helping people get in the best shape of their lives and become proficient at the sport I love. My greatest joy is seeing someone progress to the point that "the light comes on" and it all starts making sense.
