I have vast experience in various styles of self defense training. I have crendentials in fitness and Mixed Martial Arts training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Ive worked as a teacher and fitness trainer. By passion is to pass down the knowledge and skills I attained onto others.
I love being a mentor. Passing knowledge and skills has and continues to be my passion. I've done it in various capacities as a school teacher and a certified fitness trainer. Seeing people grow and develop the skills I teach bring total fulfilment and joy to my life.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For I like to take time to talk to my clients. I like to know what the client's goals are. On our first meeting I offer a complimentary session. Then I proceed to get feedback to see how the client benefited.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned various forms of self defense and martial arts styles. My first experience wit boxing was when I was 13 years old when I was a member of the Boy's and Girl's Club. I continued my training with The International Martial Arts and Boxing Academy. I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Throughout the years I've attained skills in Hapkido, Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Kali Esckima, Wing Chun, and Jeet Kune Do. In physical fitness training I have credentials with the National Association of Sports Medicine in Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning.
