I love meditation like this although I'm a beginner. I was able to completely relax and be guided by Margo. The first session I wasn't sure what to expect and afterwards I felt emotionally concerned. After another few sessions I was able to completely relax and come to terms with my inner thoughts. I could really do with more positive guidance from Margo and her excellent meditation.
