I've worked with kids as young as 6 years old in boxing and self defense because of bullying issues at school. I have clients who are 60 years old and enjoy learning and working out hard during a boxing workout. I also train numerous athletes and have developed many of them into Bigger Stronger and Faster athletes which in turn they received scholarships to play Football, Softball and Baseball in College.
I just fought at Bellator 170 at The Forum in Los Angeles CA on Jan 21st 2017 and Won by Knockout in the 1st around.
Do your research before hiring a trainer. Make sure they are qualified to train you in whatever specific sport you play or are interested in learning. Just because they are a personal trainer doesn't mean they have the experience or knowledge in developing athletes properly.
