The Voice Box Music Lessons

My main subject is voice but I also teach acoustic guitar, ukulele and creative songwriting for the student who desires to develop their own style and create their own songs. Not only is it fun but the music education that comes with it is highly valuable for future musicians. (guitar and ukulele rentals available at an additional cost to the student).

I've been teaching others to make music since my teens because I love music. Naturally, I honestly love my students. I love teaching! It's such a privilege to be a part of someone's musical journey.

Students enjoy ukulele, guitar and singing lessons in my private home studio. I specialize in church worship vocals, choir, a capella, show tunes and musical theater with a focus on free, healthy vocal technique which enables each student to explore different styles of singing. I also enjoy teaching young voices especially teens who want to have a good time learning to sing.

NOTE ~ My teaching style is structured therefore some young children may not be ready to take lessons with me.

Music is so amazing! It's the language of the soul. In my opinion, music expresses the deep inner things that cannot be expressed any other way. That's why I love teaching music. Each student has an opportunity to discover their own musical expression and connect with something every great musician knows. Not only that, music has been proven to improve a persons ability to learn in other ways. Here's just a few examples:
