I believe in the power of mixed martial arts and learning how to defend yourself is the gateway to confidence throughout every aspect of your life. I’m honestly looking to build a good relationship with someone who I can help through their fitness journey and help them gain a new perspective through their life. Giving these lessons is not about making money but about changing peoples lives and giving back to others what mixed martial arts has given to me. It does not matter how athletic you are or what image you have of yourself mixed martial arts or boxing is something that anybody can do. Whether your goal is to lose weight or just learn how to defend yourself there is always something that you can do. 

What I enjoy so much about teaching others how to box or do jiu jitsu is seeing the confidence they gain. You learn to have more patience with yourself and with others throughout every aspect of your life. Most people walk around living with some type of fear of not being able to defend themselves and I think even knowing the most basic of techniques will make you feel a lot better about yourself. We live in a world where any situation can be presented upon us at any given time and it is always good to be prepared and experience what it would be like to be under a stressful situation. I like being able to see the change in people that I personally experienced while going on this journey of being a mixed martial artist and a teacher.
