What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start with assessing where they are in their guitar knowledge and then decide where to start . Usually with the basic scales and simple chords used for song structure.
I then will show how to correctly strum the chords .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
50 years of playing in bands, writing recording and teaching .

It was a natural progression . Someone asked and I said yes .

Have taught children as young as 10 to teenagers and people in their 60's.
