Jonah is extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. I've lost nearly 30 pounds over the last 4 months and am in better shape than I've been in 20 years, all thanks to Jonah (not bad for a 72 year old guy!).

Wow! I am so impressed with Jonah! He is patient and very knowledgeable. I am brand new to boxing and he really helped me feel confident and excited to keep coming back. I brought a friend to our second lesson and she is more experienced than I and still learned things from Jonah. We both have signed up for two times a week lessons! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I like to start my students in basic drills to get an understanding of the skill level. training will vary based on what you would like to do as a fighter those that want a fun new workout will be catered more towards a fast paced cardio workout while those looking to fight as a career will have more technique based classes

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have studied and trained in boxing over the last 8 years and am trying to pass my knowledge down

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

i charge 45$ per hour sessions and 60$per hour and a half

How did you get started teaching?

I started by demonstrating at my old gyms and working with other fighters

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

I would recommend you look for the right coach for you my style of coaching does not fit everyone so pick the trainer thats right for you. Also be honest about your skill lebvel so we can prepare accordingly if you are brand new your class will be different than someone with years of experience

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Think about why you want to box it can be a fun activity but if you wish to be a fighter you must commit 100%
