Hello, My Name is Coach Juice I'm a boxing ,personal trainer , strength and coditiomg coach. Over the last couple of years I been Coaching my Own 4 kids In boxing They are Amateur Boxers With USA BOXING and are also Ranked Fighters in the US Nation #1 #2 & #7 in the USA. Boxing to me is Beautiful sport violent Yes, But also Very Beneficial whether you, your child or spouse choose to do it for just weight loss, self defense or to compete the Choice is yours. Boxing teaches a lot about ourselves and others, it Teaches and Gives Us Confidence, discipline, sportsmanship, towards others and oursleves, it also can Teach respect honor Loyaltt .
I definetly love the teaching part and the progress in kids confidence ,discipline, self-esteem seeing the progress. It feels good to know that I can make a change in and out of the Ring..

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first typical process woulbe d for us to meet talk a little bit get to know each other also would like to have my new students observe and watch.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I use to be an MMA fighter quite a Few years Back.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching My kids First. They started competeing in National tournaments and its been history even since.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have coached my Kids and a lot of other kids that were boxers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We love Going to Nationals.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would advise the student to be prepared to have a conversation about boxing do they watch boxing do they know any fighter that boxes or have boxed in the past.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They should definetly think about what they want to pursue as far as the sport of boxing. Do they want to just learn self defense ? Can they see them selves competing, do they want to just do it for exercise, cardio or just for fun.
