How could I thank enough JC for her private lessons on the beach. I really enjoyed the view of seeing some dolphins and ocean breeze. At first I was quite worried as I almost knew nothing about yoga but JC guided me through the poses with care and professionalism and I felt so relaxed at the end. JC is a wonderful teacher, very patient, very sweet. Thank you JC!

Can not say enough great things about JC. She introduced me to Vinyasa Flow Yoga and completely changed my life. I visited her three times a week for 60 minute long private lessons as well as her offered yoga on the beach and can not say how great it was. I had done Yoga in the past but nothing compared to what JC introduced me to. Not only is she knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough; she is friendly, warm, and a general joy to be around. After a few sessions, I felt stronger physically and mentally. I can not say enough great things about JC classes and her teaching methods. It is simply fantastic!
