Team3xt is a dance fitness program created by two dance professionals to artists such as Beyoncé, Rihanna, Britney Spears and more! It is our lifestyle and with over 20 years of experience traveling around the world and training in various styles our level of expertise is underpassed. We’ve created a method that makes dance not intimidating and fun for women of all levels. We emphasize embracing ones femininity and overall healthy body positive habits!
