Vinyasa Yoga
About
With over five years of teaching experience and a RYT 200 certification, I offer a practice that blends yoga and breathwork to meet you where you are—and take you further. Sessions range from deeply restorative work and yin-inspired stillness to strength-building flows and inversion practice.
My approach is rooted in body awareness and precise observation. I specialize in reading the body in real time and designing unique, responsive sequences that support both structure and freedom—effort and ease, strength and release.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I love to get to know both the personality and goals of my students! It's important to understand your goals, but even more important is to understand the person who wants to achieve those goals, so I can tailor the experience to you! I am here to guide you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have practiced yoga for (at least) five years, with dedicated practice in both heated and non-heated studios. I studied with Patrick Beach and Carling Harps at Awakening Yoga Academy (2021) and am an RYT (registered yoga teacher).
How did you get started teaching?
The mental and physical achievements and support my personal practice provided for me inspired me to teach others.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for a teacher whose outlook aligns with yours. Yoga is multivalvent, and so finding the right balance between ebb and flow is so important. All of yoga provides a connection between the body and mind, but some yoga finds that connection more through physical exertion, and others more so meditation.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What are you goals in your practice?
