About this pro

I have 30+ years as a home cook with constant education. I was taught the classics from early childhood by my French grandmother. I’ve cooked huge meals for travelers and catered small parties. I bake some fairly insane pastries and have been paid a lot for my cakes. I love making chocolates by hand too. I’ll teach you at your level and your pace.

There are few things more satisfying than teaching someone cooking skills and watching them enjoy the fruits of their labor. Seeing them evolve and develop their confidence is rewarding.
