I am capable of teaching many times of student. I am very knowledgeable and have broad tastes, so I am adaptable to nearly every student that I encounter.
I have been playing since 1992, and teaching full time since 2003.
I am skilled with acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass, and Ukulele. I play 6,7, and 8 string guitars.
I can prepare lessons, but find that the vast majority of my students favor me for my ability to go wherever they steer us.
I have worked with many advanced and intermediate players and can always keep you challenged. Previously taught Mario and Erick of the band CHON.
I'm extremely patient and focused on musical growth. I have worked with many students with attention and learning disabilities.
I love Music. I love playing guitar. To have been able to make this my career has always been fulfilling. I am truly appreciative of those who book my time for lessons. I love sharing information and watching my students grow and suceed. Building friendships with people of all ages and watching my young students grow into adult guitarists is also a bonus!

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Lessons are a Full Hour, at your home or via Skype. $60 is the rate per lesson.
Regular times can be reserved either weekly, or every other week by monthly prepayment.
Individual lessons can be booked as well.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching friends. Then when I worked at Guitar Center in 2003, everyone was directing students to me to teach. Eventually students just started coming to me and I was able to focus on my lessons.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Each year I put on an optional studnet reital. It's a balst jamming with my students in a band setting and it's really cool to watch players grow from show to show. It's a nice goal for students.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone that makes learning fun. Find someone that clicks with you and is willing to come to your level to make things come together faster for you.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Be honest. Tell your teacher everything that you want to learn, everything that you question, everything that you struggle with. The more you communicate, the more progress we can make.
