About
I've been teaching piano at my house and at an academy in Pleasanton for more than 10 years. My teaching field is Classical music mainly. I'm a member of MTAC(Music Teachers' Association of California) and National Guild of Piano Teachers .
My teaching policy is that all students can play the piano in any music field without teachers in the future. I teach the piano technically and musically, and also analyzation based on theory.
I enjoy teaching all levels and seeing how they improve in a year. I also play the Violin/Viola as a second instrument, so sometimes I enjoy playing duet with a student accompanist. Not only playing solo but playing ensemble with other instrument or voice is a good opprtunity to learn more musical world. And, it helps students learn the technique and expression more.
