LightsOut is a company I started ,first started out as a martial arts team. Recruited mma fighters ,boxers ,kick boxing any type of fighting . We are expanding to teach people how to Make someone's lights go out either self defense or for sport
I enjoy everything about it . I love seeing people work to achieve their goals . I also love to see their body transform and the happiness they get makes it worth it for me . I love my work because it changes people life's . Example just now 2021 i gained weight on purpose to help a fellow student , I did this to show them now we are in this together to get our body right

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I never teach the everyone the same . I first get a feel for a person see their experience and see what they need to work on . I build a connection with my students to get a better understanding of them
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained in combat sport for about 5 years now . I'm high school did a little wrestling for a year . I started boxing around 15 years old and ended up starting mma a year ago .
