What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Need to talk on the phone or text and set up the time and agree on the place. First thing is to get to familiar with the client, find out the goal, & set up a plan. We will stretch for 30 minutes then practice the art desired!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a bodyguard for 3 years. I have been practicing MMA for 15 years. I'm an EMT, Armed Gaurd, security and fire prevention expert.
