Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We offer a free 15 minute trial, where one of our directors will teach the new student. From there they will pick the instructor they feel fits best with the student and their interest and level.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both of our Directors have their BA in Music from Berklee College Of Music in Boston MA. Every instructor hired also must have a degree in music, and an intensive interview and mock lesson takes place before hiring to insure all of our teachers are vetted before working with our students.
How did you get started teaching?
Both of our Directors have had a passion for music and teaching from a young age. You can read all about them at our website:

What types of students have you worked with?
We have a wide range of instructors that have taught all age ranges, and offer many different programs to find the right fit for every student!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My advice would be to do the right research and make sure that you feel connected with the teacher. Music is a passion, and taking lessons should be a fun and exciting enviornment, if it doesnt feel like the right fit then dont push it, do what makes you feel the most comfortable.
