About
I've spent close to 40 years studying martial arts and 30 years studying human behavior and personal development via psychology, spirituality, and health & wellness to understand myself and others, and what motivates our choices and habits. I specialize in transforming and developing people.
With the application of my studies in over 18,000 personal training sessions, consultations, group training hours, and sales, I've transformed myself from a lost, at-risk youth into a renowned wellness specialist, personal development leader and coach.
I enjoy being able to teach and empower others with the confidence that comes from knowing how to defend one's self and improve health at the same time.
