Greetings music lovers, I'm a very experienced guitarist and I began my music career as a guitar teacher in 1976. I've played alot of music since then. I played shows all over the US throughout the 80s and 90s. I have always taught and shared things with players along the way. I continue to play in bands in a variety of styles and would love to share my knowledge with you .

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first thing is to assess the students skills and find out from them what they want to accomplish. I want to have a beginning student playing a song as soon as possible. Intermediate to advanced students will know what direction they want to go and what skills they want to improve.
