Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, we will get as much information from a potential student. For example; goals, prior fitness history, injuries and more.
Next, I would give a first look fitness assessment to see what we can do to get you started.
After, we will record your processes of what happened with the first assessment for twenty-one days. Following the 21 days, I will make a new assessment to make sure we are getting the results you want.
Finally, we will tweak as we go along and perfect your process of fitness and nutrition.

How did you get started teaching?
I got started teaching when I was in high school. I had been going to the gym since I was 12, and had accumulated a lot of information for my age. So, I started training friends from high school till now! This lead to opening my own genetic testing studio, personal training, professional sports and much more!
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with every type of person in my professional career. Whether you are a professional athlete or it's your first time working out, I have experience.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
All I would say is please watch out for trend workouts and diets. Take your time and make sure there is real science, and real results with the professional you are working with.
Everybody is different genetically and certain workouts and diets work for some people. There is no perfect way to work out for everyone so find someone who is willing to work and find what works best for you!
