Hi, I'm Missy, a personal trainer and strength and nutrition coach.

I help men and women find time in their busy schedules for exercise and help them learn healthy habits so they can finally get control of their fitness and nutrition.

I have over 10 years experience in the fitness industry, am an ACSM certified personal trainer and a certified precision nutrition coach. My areas of expertise are strength training, nutrition coaching, weight loss, wellness, new to fitness, marathons, weightlifting and running. I got into fitness after becoming a runner. I have run 17 marathons and 3 ultra marathons.

I will personally help you transform your body forever. You tell me what you want to do. I’ll help you do it. First, I’ll learn about your lifestyle, needs, and specific goals. Then, over the course of your program, I’ll give you everything you need to look, feel, and perform better than you thought possible. Guaranteed.
