Just Be You YOGA
About
My intention is to provide an opportunity to explore, celebrate and accept the uniqueness each student brings to the mat. As a Yoga Instructor, my purpose in life is to serving and empowering others as to how to be responsible for their personal health and well being.
I bring my motivation, love and passion into classes from Hatha, Chair, Gentle, Yin, Nidra, Aroma Therapy, Meditations and Pranic (Energy) Healing.
I tailor to each individual ie
I believe that having fun, while letting go of our egos in class and opening our hearts is the best part of Yoga.
The power to join body, mind and spirit resides in each of and can promote profound joy and harmony. There is equal attention to breath to each pose and its counter pose, as well as to transition and integrating resting poses that follow.
