James Taylor is an amazing trainer. I have trained with him since over 10 years ago and he just gets better over time. He is very patient and will not let you give up until you reach the results you want. He is amazing with both children and adults

Jt did a great job of telling me what i was doing wrong and correcting me without me feeling stupid. He is great at explaining why you move this way vs that way. He will push you to do better and better while making you feel good about yourself! As soon as i get more free time I will be back!

    Frequently asked questions

First things first is basics. Footwork are key in boxing. Your first lesson will be based on a lot of footwork and learning the punch count.

I've train fighters for over 10 years now. Plus the experience of me being in the ring myself helps alot on knowing what does and doesn't work. Also if your left handed it's a bonus to have me as your coach cause I'm a southpaw as well.

I like to do 30 mins sessions for $30 or a hour for $60 now if you book 5 sessions or more upfront then we lower each session by $5

I got started teaching while I was competing. I wanted my team to win like I was winning so I started helping them progress as well as I was progressing

I've worked with all ages starting at 5 years old. Amatuer and pro boxers as well as mma fighters for striking purposes.

We just recently had an event here in Orlando with two of my Young fighters. One came away with. Unanimous decision the other lost on a split decision. Each fight is a learning experience to get to the next level.

Look for someone that is really there to help you build not someone that's just looking to make money. You have to love this sport and have a passion to teach it.

Find out exactly what your looking to do. Like is there a bully issue? Or do you want to lose weight? Do you want to compete? Those types of questions
