I am a certified yoga instructor and have practiced yoga for over 30 years. My focus is on mindful movement and stress relief. In addition, I have advanced training in Yoga for Trauma Recovery.
I enjoy working with people who are undergoing transformation in their lives. I have experience in supporting people who are in transition and I always enjoy seeing people grow and flourish.
