What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I like to do a discovery session to get to know my student's needs and goals. I have them fill out a questionnaire that gives me crucial information about them so I can better customize a program specifically for each individual.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Budokon Yoga (Martial, Yogic and Living Arts).

Certify personal Traning with close to 10 years of experience.

Spanish 200 RYT Vinyasa from Kripalu Schools.

English- Proffecional 500 RYT Vinyasa and Yin from Yoga Journey.

Vedic Thai Massage (Assisted Yoga combined with massage)

Suspension Yoga and Fitness.

Body Rolling Self-Massage.

Holistic Health Coach.

Holistic Culinary and Mixologist.


Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I do a la Carte or packages up to 24 sessions at a time.

Prices vary depending on travel time or if the client comes to my studio.

I am available for travel worldwide.

Ages between 18 to 88.
