I have over 10 years of experience working in the medical field.
With a background in biology I have learned body mechanics and anatomy, which better equips me for teaching proper alignment in my yoga classes.
As a lab scientist I have seen firsthand how stress and trauma affect the mind and body. Stress alone is the leading cause in so many illnesses.
As a certified trauma coach, I know finding compassion for those darker parts of ourselves can be difficult but it’s not impossible.
It is for that reason my practice includes both meditation and yoga. These two in conjunction not only helps the body but also calms the mind.
I enjoy helping bring a sense of peace and connection to our body. Giving the mind and body what it desperately needs in order to stay healthy and agile.

My yoga instructor,Julia, truly embodied her craft. Julia is very knowledgeable about what she is doing and it shows! She explains of how she has traveled to Asia to learn more about yoga and how she continues to be a student and always willing to learn more about yoga. Meeting Julia, it was obvious that she practiced what she preached. Her face, smile and being reflected the peace that doing yoga offers. If you’re looking for someone who knows her stuff, Julia is definitely worth a try!
Jae is super helpful, patient and just an amazing instructor! Her instructions are always clear and inclusive to beginners (like myself ) when it came to introducing moves. She is also very attentive and ready to assist anybody who might need help! Somehow she manages to keep everyone engaged despite everyone’s level of mastery. I would recommend everyone to take her classes...She is also passionate about what she does which makes the experience that much more worthwhile. Also, did I mention that her classes are free??
