Even if it's your very first yoga class ever, you'll feel completely comfortable with me. I'll guide you through a practice working with your breath, your body & your energy. You will feel more flexible, your stress relieved, & overall stronger & healthier then before.
What I love most about teaching yoga is seeing the transformations in each student. In just one class, or after a year of classes, I can always see the difference yoga makes. It is such a pleasure embracing the practice with them.
