Hello! I am Certified with The Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA)/National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Personal Trainer, Primary Group Fitness and Aerobics Instructor, as well as Yo-Chi, and Pilates. I am a Sub-contractor for the City of Largo at Highland Recreational Complex http://www.playlargo.com/rec_fit/index.php

I also teach online yoga, Goat Yoga, and Beach Yoga. I am a also specialized in children's yoga as a Licensed and Certified Kidding Around Yoga (KAY) Instructor. I also hold specialized certifications for senior fitness, and am the creator of Forever Fit. I am LA Fitness certified for Bodyworks Plus Abs and Cardio Kick-Boxing. Other certifications include: Certified Aura Fitness Instructor, Reiki Level 2, Movement and Mobility and Injury Prevention. I am also a Motivational Speaker and available for events. With 35 years of related experience, I have taught Workshops on Posture and Alignment, Adaptive Yoga, and Advanced Yoga, held Charity Events such as Yoga In The Park to benefit The Mary Kay Foundation for breast cancer research and battered and abused women, as well as being a presenter for Baycare Research Retreat. I teach a variety of fitness formats, such as Yoga, Children’s Yoga (KAY), Pilates, Beach Yoga, Aerobics, Interval, Small Group Training, Private Instruction, and Personal Training. “I have a sincere drive to help people achieve optimal health. Over 35 years of service related employment and my life experiences as a mother of 3, a caregiver for 18 years, and a breast cancer survivor help me to relate to my clients and students with much personal attention and empathy. Private Instruction/Personal Training at Highland Rec or online is $42/hr.

Private Instruction/Personal Training in your home or other various locations varies depending on location.

Online yoga classes are $6 per person and take place on Mondays and Thursdays at noon and Saturdays at 11 a.m.

Online Pilates classes are Wednesdays at noon for $6 per person

Forever Fit is offered online on Mondays at 11 a.m. for $5 per person

Group Yoga Highland Recreation Complex are $6 for a lunch break weekday yoga class at noon on Tue and Fri, $8 for prime time classes Wed at 6:30pm.

Forever Fit Classes are on Tuesdays and Fridays at 10:45 a.m. and Mondays and classes are Healthcare eligible or $6 without the healthcare.
