Awaken Hot Yoga is a boutique style yoga studio offering a unique and energizing yoga experience, providing luxurious facilities in Lighthouse Point. Our expert instructors are passionate in empowering You to push Your Yoga to Your edge on Your level.
At Awaken Hot yoga studio the intention is to follow the traditions of yoga with a hot fusion flow, our classes suit all levels of students. We keep our fees affordable so that more can enjoy the mental and physical benefits of Yoga.
Our goal at Awaken Hot Yoga is to make practicing yoga as stress free as possible. We have both a men’s and women’s locker rooms equipped with multiple showers, ample space for changing. You can practice yoga and go straight to work or at night go straight out on the town.
We have ample free parking, wheelchair access, elevator to our studio which is on the 2nd floor.
We are 5 minutes from the Interstate 95 and located within the Gateway Plaza, a vibrant neighborhood with many restaurants. The Venetian Isle Shopping center is opposite housing publix, staples, TJ Max, USP and more.
Our teachers and students sweat together, cry together, and support each other. Community is an important factor at our studio where people begin to care about one another, a place where they begin to share things that are important to one another. Sharing those breakthroughs and growth is what a yoga community should be about.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our classes are aimed at all levels of student
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our teachers are qualified at a minimum of RYT 200hrs. Most of our teachers have been teaching for 10 years or more.
How did you get started teaching?
I became a teacher because of my experience with Bikram at a time of major changes in my life. I was living in London UK at the time. It lead me on the path of becoming a teacher in Los Angeles with Core Power Yoga, which then lead me to owning my own studio in Lighthouse Point
What types of students have you worked with?
We have all walks of life shapes and sizes attending our yoga classes. From athletes to retired people in their twilight years
