About
I grew up competing in gymnastics and recieved a D1 full-ride scholarship to the University of Kentucky. I am currently a Head Coach/Program Coordinator at a beautiful gym in Austin, TX; I coach all events in gymnastics, as well as strength and conditioning. I focus on body weight exercises, and use a variety of different techniques to keep my athletes in the best shape possible.
Additionally, I completed my Sampoorna 200-hour RYT Training, as well as my Holistic Health Nutrition Certification in 2019.
I have the capability to create an in-depth, individualized program, as well as access to a state of the art facility so that you have all of the tools necessary to accomplish your goals.
I am passionate about sharing my love of Gymnastics, Yoga, and Fitness with others. I teach with an upbeat and positive attitude as I believe it is important for students of all levels to feel welcome, safe, and encouraged so they can reach their full potential.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to have a thorough intake process with new clients to review goals, current mobility, and interests. Based off this information I will be able to develop a series of lessons tailored for each individual client.
