I began my Vinyasa practice in 2016, and continued to attend new styles of classes such Bikram, Hatha, and Yin Yoga classes. I completed my Sampoorna 200-hour RYT Training this year, and gained additional knowledge about spirituality, mind-body connection, sequencing, and body alignment. My experience and training, combined with my 7 years of gymnastics and dance instruction allow for my services to be extremely versatile and individualized depending on what the client is looking to explore in his/her practice.
I am passionate about sharing my love of Yoga and Fitness with others. I teach with an upbeat and positive attitude as I believe it is important for students of all levels to feel welcome, safe, and encouraged so they can reach their full potential.

I like to have a thorough intake process with new clients to review goals, current mobility, and interests. Based off this information I will be able to develop a series of lessons tailored to the client's specific information.
I was a competitive gymnast from the time I was 4, all the way up through college; I recieved a full-ride scholarship to attend the University of Kentucky, and from the age of 15 I coached gymnastics on and off throughout my career, as well as choreographed floor and beam routines. I continued on as a head coach for a club gymnastics facility for a year following graduation.
I have been practicing yoga for the past 3 years, and attained my 200-hr RYT Certification this year.
