My name is Erika & I feel honored to teach and I am devoted to help Yoga practitioners to find inner peace as well as physical and mental strength, I have been practicing Yoga for 4 years and has been teaching almost daily since the first day she received her Life Power 200 RYT Certification. My aspiration is to transmit to people the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of practicing Yoga. I will show how muscle strength and flexibility can be gained through different Yogic poses by engaging muscles that are not typically engaged doing other types of exercise. Also, I will guide you through and experience of expanded awareness while focusing on the breath and sensations in the body. I have been recognized for improving the practitioner's performance and mental wellbeing. What I bring to my classes includes an effective mental and physical workout to acquire and keep the practitioner motivated on and off the mat.
I enjoy the fact the I get to do what I love. I enjoy seeing the improvements in the practitioners practice and health improvements as well. By sharing my passion with others I feel like I'm helping the world be a better place. Peace comes from within, with each individual having to do their part. By saying we want peace and harmony, we wont get much of it, we must take action and walk on this path. we must practice, yoga is the means towards achieving this goal, by calming the mind, rexaling & sharing your peace with others.
