I have been training in kickboxing for 12 years. I specialize in cross-training/circuit type workouts that involve the whole body with kickboxing incorporated.
My workouts consist of cardio, conditioning, muay thai, core and strength. Each workout is new and innovative.
Sharing my knowledge with my clients on fitness and training goals that they may have and to see them excel at their fitness peak.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I go over basic form and technique and the fundamentals needed to excel.
I teach my clients on proper form and how to punch and kick properly to reduce the risk of injury.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff are certified personal trainners as well as kickboxing trainers.
All staff currently or formely competed in kickboxing.
