I have been training in kickboxing for 7 years. I specialize in cross-training/circuit type workouts that involve the whole body with kickboxing incorporated.
My workouts consist of cardio, conditioning, muay thai, core and strength. Each workout is new and innovative.

MJ fitness is probably one of the best places out there right now. As a law enforcement officer Mike's background in the LE/security community ensured that he knew exactly what I needed in order to get in the physical shape I need to be in so that I can do my job safely and effectively. I recently suffered an injury at work which was pretty debilitating, however, thanks to what I've learned and have done with MJ fitness I'm well on my way to making a full recovery and will be back out on the streets in no time.
