I will ask you where you're at in your fitness journey and what aspect of the body you wish to send some awareness to today.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been practicing yoga, cardio, weightlighting, and HIIT for 5 years and my Yoga Teacher Training is in progress!
