Jaya Yoga and Movement provides one on one and group sessions for yoga and other fitness routines. I emphasize on your personal journey and needs, with a focus on moving in a way that feels good. It’s all about how you get there! You’ll gain the tools you need to incorporate healthy habits in your daily routine that leaving you feeling both refreshed and enthused to return! I have been incorporating fitness into my life for 7 years and am a 200 hour certified and registered yoga instructor. I am excited to share my love for this journey with you!
I love sharing my passion for yoga, fitness, and overall health in a way that resonates- meeting clients where they're at physically and mentally. I understand that every day is different and I enjoy encouraging clients to check in with their current energy levels and be honest with what they need. It inspires me to see people both challenged and excited for more!

I have been practicing yoga, cardio, weightlighting, and HIIT for 5 years and my Yoga Teacher Training is in progress!
