I have enjoyed yoga for many years. So much so, I wanted to become an instructor. I wanted to share the experience of how yoga can heal your body and mind.
There is a transformation that yoga provides for personal growth. It is the creative process that enhances my consciousness for the healing power and fine tuning of my communication skills.

What I love most about teaching yoga / pilates is sharing all that comes with it. Together you & I will discuss what your needs are. Whether you are into strength training or flexibility yoga / pilates will truely get you in shape. We will also focus on your mental well being, using meditation to free up some head space. During these unusal times with (Covid). I feel we all can benifit from taking time out for your self. Let's work together, staying safe, enjoying nature with all classes held outside. I provide private one on one training / and group classes. We do practice social distancing, masking when necessary & temps are taken before class or training begin.
As I get older I feel myself becoming less flexible. These Yoga sessions are helping me to regain my flexibility.

have been following Ashley since 2014, and have participated in her 100 Day Fitness Challenge as well as cycling through quarantine guides. This is my 3rd round. I workout at home with minimal weight and these workouts kick my butt everytimes. I reccomend highly, you wont regret it.
Lisa is such a great instructor, and has such a calming demeanor about her. I didn't feel at all intimidated, even though I'm not very experienced. I would definitely recommend Lisa's Yoga Class!
We together will discuss your personal fitness needs. Setting goals that are attainable. Learning slowly and feeling confident in your movements. Yoga / Pilates will increase muscle tone & help burn fat at the same time. We also incorporate a warm up, stretching & light weights in the different classes we offer.

I am an RYT-200 hr Yoga Teacher from Shanti Heart, registered with the Yoga Alliance. I am in the process of completing my 300 Hr through My Vinyasa Practice.
I am also Reiki I & II certified from Usui Shiki Ryoho.
I also sub / fill in at Total Fitness in Tarpon springs.
Private one on one is $25.00 per hour ( private location your home or mine)
Group classes are $10.00 per person Class sizes are kept small ( Outside classes on the deck or pool side ) Wednesday mornings 10 am
Wine Down Wednesday Evening's $15.00 ( Wine, chocolate & candlelight. Location is Keystone Ranch Odessa Fl
Goat Yoga $30.00 per person once a month @ Keystone Ranch
I have worked with all age students. Seniors, children, middle age individuals. Yoga & stretching can be done at any age.
The ladies do seem to love Wine down Wednesday. it gives them time for themselves. Time to meet other women, relax & stretch, sample some wines & chocolate.
