What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Phone conversation to discuss student needs (scheduling, experience, physical conditions)
In-Person Consultation (Optional) - 15-30 minute in-person meeting to determine if the student/teacher make a good fit for instruction. There is no charge or obligation associated with this consultation.
First Session - 15 minutes of paperwork and discusion about safety and yoga theory, 35 minutes of yoga instruction, 10 minutes of final relaxation and cleanup.
