Yoga&Spirit
About
The purpose for this lively bio is to mentor, teach, and meet like minded individuals! I am a certified instructor and have successfully completed 200 hours of Shanti Heart Yoga & Wellness training. This training included teaching many different poses of yoga for certain conditions. I learned techniques such as Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, applied Methodology in Anatomy and Physiology.
I am a very spiritually open person and I am ready to teach and give back :)
There is so much to talk, learn, and debate about. Bring it on ! ;)
I love large groups just as much as I enjoy small ones and even private sessions.
Feel free to message me if you would like to create a private session or event.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first get to know my client by finding out what he or she does for exercise. I ask them about any limitations or areas they need work. I ask them how long they want their session to be and where it is located. Depending on where, how long, and what I will be focusing on, determines the price of the session.
:)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed 200 hours at Heart Shanti Yoga & Wellness Instructor training. I am now certified to teach private or group yoga sessions, including asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, lifestyle, teaching techniques, methodology, applied anatomy and physiology.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
It all depends on location, number of persons, and what is being practiced.
How did you get started teaching?
I hurt my back a while back and started doing yoga, which immediately gave me relief. I became immensly interested in learning more about it, so I found a place to do my Instructor training. I am continuing to further my education in yoga further, while also getting my reiki certifications. There is nothing better than connecting mind to body.
