My classes are tailored to suit your needs. Each class is created to with you in mind, to help you flow into the day, ensuring a strong mindful presence throughout the day.
Beginning with a gentle movement to heighten awareness the session will eventually peak to a dynamic progression to activate your mind, body and core.
We will end the class with a delicious mindful meditation which will nourish your senses and awareness.
