About
I like to blend several styles of yoga into one class, complete with breakwork, postures and meditation. Each provate instruction class is tailored to the client and their goals.
I love to see people relaxed and happy at the end of class. I especially love to see the progress after all the hard work!

How did you get started teaching?
By accident! I took my training program with no intention to teach, then it all fell into place.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students of all limitations including: MS, muscular disorders, arthritis, elderly, substance abuse, stress and more.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Everyday I try to find something to be fond of. Sometimes, it's as simple as sunshine.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone you feel comfortable and open with, but stay open minded to the practice because there are many styles and levels and each teacher has something to offer. Sometimes, the teacher already knows what your struggles are and you have to put your trust in the process.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I would suggest making a list of top 3 goals/priorities that you would like to work on. Start with small, attainable short term goals.
