What is your typical process for working with a new student?

new students will start with basic warm ups and stretching followed by basic boxing combos like jab cross and hooks not too much so the new student wont overload on the new techniques he learns 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

i have a few certifications on kickboxing and jiu jit su purple belt, it helps teach my students any art of self defense that they may wanna learn

How did you get started teaching?

I been training clients for a few years and i enjoy seeing my students accomplish their goals and stay healthy.


What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with beginners who wanted to get in shape to join the police academy and we accomplish that after 6 sessions he was ready to join the police academy and yes he passed thanks to what i taught him he kept pushing everyday.
